Bounce Pay Ltd, together with its subsidiaries (“Bounce”, “We” or“our”) is the developer of the App “BouncePayments Health Analysis Shopify app” (the “App”)that enables merchants who use Shopify and install the App (“You”, “Your”or “User”) to receive analytics on trends regarding sales, payments, and checkouts that are done through their Shopify store, as well as potential improvement in performance. Please note that Your use of Shopify is governed directly by Shopify’s legal documents. This Privacy Policy only applies when You have installed our App.
By using our App, You expressly consent that any information that we collect from or about You directly through this App, including Personal Information, anonymous information, and aggregate information (collectively, “Information”), will be handled as described in this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use , including its applicable limitations on damages and the resolution of disputes. Our Terms of Use are incorporated by reference into this Privacy Policy.
To the extent that Your use or access to the App is made on behalf of another legal or natural person, such access and use must be conducted in strict compliance with the Terms of Use and at Your sole responsibility, and You hereby represent that You received the required consent, authority, permission and approval of such person to provide PersonalInformation (as defined below) and to allow Bounce to collect, store, and use such Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We may periodically update this Privacy Policy. Your continued use of our App after the effective date of the updated Privacy Policy will be subject to the new Privacy Policy. If we make any major changes to our Privacy Policy and will need Your explicit consent for further processing of Your data. In that case, we will request Your consent or Your renewed consent (in case it was obtained previously).

1. DATA WE COLLECT AND OR ACCESS
We may collect and/or process the following types of information from our Users:
Non-Personal Information:any information that is non-identifiable and anonymous information (“Non-personal Information”). Non-Personal Information is collected without particular reference to the identity of the applicable User from or about whom such information was collected.
When You install and sign into the App, you allow us to access the following types of data from Your Shopify store, concerning the store, store visitors (“Visitor(s)”),and store customers (Visitors that made an order) (“Customer(s)”):
· Customers’ order information (including orders value, products, discounts, refunds, and declined payments).
· payment method metadata (including card issuer, card type, card country).
· Sessions data (including checkout events).
· Customer’s data such as shipping city, shipping country, billing city, and billing country.
· Disputed order information (including orders value, reason for dispute, time of dispute and status of dispute).
· Logging use of the App
Personal Information: any information that identifies an individual, or may with reasonable effort, identify an individual, either alone or in combination with other information (“Personal Information”). Personal Information may be private or sensitive nature of a User or identify an individual. Users shall be asked to provide voluntarily an email address while signing into the App. Please note that we are not collecting or processing any Personal Information of your store’s Visitors or Customers.
2. HOW DO WE USE YOUR DATA?
The information We have access to is used only to provide You services. Below is a description of what data and for what purposes.
· E-mail address – We save your store owner e-mail address and the e-mail address of the contact person who wishes to be informed of the analysis in order to communicate with You and provide you with important information regarding Your use of the App.
· Customers’ Orders data, sessions data, payment method data, and Customers’ data – are used in order to identify payments trends, current issues, gaps and potential improvement that can be done to Your store’s performance.
· Logging use of the App- is used in order to analyze the use of the app and improve the app and its services.
3. ON WHAT LEGAL BASIS DO WE RELY ON TO PROCESS YOUR DATA?
We collect and process Your Information in order to provide You with the App, following Your acceptance of this Privacy Policy and pursuant to the Terms of Use to provide our services.
4. UPDATING, OBTAINING A COPY OF, OR DELETING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
If for any reason You wish to exercise any rights to which You are entitled, under the law applicable to You, such as correction, deletion, access to and notification of the types of Your Personal Information processed by us or on our behalf, You may do so by contacting Bounce via the e-mail specified above. When handling these requests, we may ask for additional information to confirm Your identity and Your request.
Subject to limitations pursuant to applicable law and if entitled to the same thereunder, if You wish to exercise Your right to access Your Personal Information, You may be able to obtain the Personal Information You directly provided us (excluding data we obtained from other sources) in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and may have the right to transmit such data to another party.
Please note, that upon request to delete Your Personal Information, we will delete any such Personal Information pursuant to any applicable privacy laws or otherwise, we may de-identify any such Personal Information and thereby transform it to become Non-Personal Information. We may retain such data in whole or in part to comply with any applicable rule or regulation and/or to respond or defend against legal proceedings against us or our affiliates.
The rights available to You in connection with Your Personal Information may also include the following:
§ Right of access. You may have a right to know what information we hold about You and, in some cases, to have the information communicated to You. We reserve the right to ask for reasonable evidence to verify Your identity before we provide You with any information.
§ Right to correct Personal Information. We endeavor to keep the information that we hold about You accurate and up to date. Should You realize that any of the information that we hold about You is incorrect, please let us know and we will correct it as soon as we can.
§ Data deletion. In some circumstances, You have a right to request that some portions of the Personal Information that we hold about You be deleted or otherwise anonymized.
§ Data portability. In some circumstances, You may have the right to request that data which You have provided to us is provided to You, so You can transfer this to another data controller.
§ Restriction of processing. In some cases, You may have the right to request a restriction of the processing of Your Personal Information, such as when You are disputing the accuracy of Your information held by us.

5. DATA STORAGE AND RETENTION
We store the Information we collect and use in our databases which are hosted in AWS, Location USA. Information that is collected through the App will be retained in a separate database from other Bounce services, collected or processed by Bounce).
We will store Your orders, Customer sessions, and Visitor information until You uninstall the App, and as long as it is necessary to comply with our other legal obligations. We then either delete it from our systems.
